What you can do with mirly
Use it during your own conversations — interviews where assistance is permitted, sales calls, client meetings, internal reviews. The product is a copilot; you do the talking.
What you cannot do
Use it to defraud, deceive a regulator, impersonate someone else, or violate the explicit terms of any company you are interviewing with that prohibits third-party assistance. We do not police your use, but if you are misrepresenting who you are or breaking a contract, that is on you.
Subscriptions and renewal
The Monthly Unlimited plan is an opt-in renewal subscription. By default it cancels at the end of each billing cycle. We email a renewal reminder five days before the period ends with a one-click renew link — if you do not click renew, nothing charges. We never silently auto-renew without your explicit consent.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits never expire and never auto-renew.

Liability
Mirly is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular interview outcome. We do not guarantee perpetual stealth — we publish a hourly-tested status page, and our SLA is to ship a fix in under 72 hours if it breaks. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that materially reduces your rights, we will email you 30 days before the change takes effect. The date these terms were last updated: 2026-05-03.
